Is plato.HR really free?
Yes. plato.HR is completely free for hotels with up to 50 employees — every feature included, no trial period and no credit card required. If you grow past 50 employees, a flat €500/year fee applies, with the same features for an unlimited team.
What happens if I go over 50 employees?
Nothing breaks and nothing is hidden. Once your team passes 50 employees, plato.HR moves to the Business plan at a flat €500 per year — still unlimited employees, still every feature, just one annual fee.
How does pricing work for the operations modules (tasks, housekeeping, table, insights)?
plato.tasks, plato.housekeeping, plato.table and plato.insights are all priced the same way, based on the number of rooms in your hotel: €25/month for up to 25 rooms, €50/month up to 50 rooms, €75/month up to 75 rooms, and €100/month above that — per module.
Can I add modules later, or mix and match?
Yes — every module can be added or removed independently. Start with plato.HR for free, add plato.plan or plato.time for workforce planning, and bring in plato.tasks, plato.housekeeping, plato.table or plato.insights whenever you're ready.
