What happens after I book a demo?
One of our team reaches out to schedule a 30-minute call at a time that suits you. We'll walk through plato. with your hotel's specific workflows in mind — no generic sales pitch, just a real look at how it would work for you.
Can I just start a trial without talking to anyone?
Of course. Choose "Starting a free trial" in the form and we'll send you set-up instructions right away. You're never obligated to take a call — though we're always happy to help if you want a hand.
Which languages do you support?
The platform and our support team work in German, Italian and English. Your staff can each set their own preferred language, so everyone uses plato. in the language they're most comfortable with.
Do you offer help migrating from our current tools?
Yes. Our onboarding team can import your existing staff data, schedules and documents for you — and if you're already on ASA, most of it syncs automatically — so you're up and running without the manual setup.
